A northern Chicago native with a passion for all things design and visual communication. Hans graduated from Roosevelt University of Chicago with a design degree and a Bachelor's in Software Engineering from Southern New Hampshire University. His vision for pushing the boundaries of creativity matches his ability to find innovative solutions for businesses to thrive. Aside from all things engineering and design, Hans is a father of three cool little boys, enjoys spending time with his family, loves culture, is an avid sports fanatic, and has a great addiction to Horchata.

Born and raised in Mexico and a Chicago resident for many years, Carmelo lives in NYC, providing engineering services on a large capital construction project. Carmelo has always had a passion for art but has taken advantage of his quantitative and soft skills throughout his career. He enjoys solving problems and ensuring clients are happy with their projects and fully understand the technical details. Aside from a love of consulting, Carmelo enjoys staying active, traveling, and exploring different areas of NYC.

Jordyn brings extensive expertise in social media strategy, analytics, trends, blog posting, web management, and creative direction. A Virginia Commonwealth University alumna with honors in Strategic Advertising (Class of 2023), Jordyn's career path led her to Cyber Eight. Her dedication to community engagement is evident in her role as the Social Media Chair for the Advertising Club of Richmond, where she crafts and executes strategic social media, communication, outreach, and event plans. Originally from Northern Virginia, Jordyn now calls Richmond home, fully immersing herself in the city's vibrant art and cultural scene. Her passion for the arts is reflected in the names of her two Shih Tzu puppies, Matisse and Kahlo, after the famous artists Henri Matisse and Frida Kahlo.

Born in Guatemala and raised in Washington, DC, Wilson is a graphic designer with a talent for storytelling through design. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys relaxing Sunday afternoons and movie nights with his wife and their golden retriever, which helps fuel his creativity and passion for design.

Raised in Hawaii and Virginia, Tyler is a technology enthusiast with a passion for implementing software-driven solutions. He has a bachelor’s degree in both web development and network security. With expertise in custom websites, WordPress development, web server maintenance, and business process automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate/Zapier, Tyler is always seeking opportunities to learn about and implement new technology to help small businesses, ministries, and charities further their mission. He also enjoys adventures and will often find him hiking the red rocks of Nevada, dirt biking, or enjoying the Florida sun.
